This wonderfully fragrant and richly flavored apple cider and bourbon cocktail leaves hints of fresh rosemary and sweet Envy apples. Using distinct components, this classic mixed drink has a refreshing quality. 

Ingredients

• 1 shot Bourbon
• 1 shot Spiced Rum
• 1 thinly sliced Envy apple
• 2 star anise
• 2 cinnamon sticks
• Apple Cider
• Rosemary

Directions

• Combine the sliced apple, star anise and cinnamon sticks to the apple cider and simmer for 20 minutes
• Add shot of bourbon and spiced rum to each glass
• Top with the apple cider mixture and a sprig of rosemary
