With an apple on top

Healthy, convenient and the perfect on-the-go fuel - smoothies are where it's at! With almost any combination, it's nearly impossible to screw up. Follow our recipe for a yummy drinkable meal... 


  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup water
  • Handful cut up pineapple
  • 1 Envy apple
  • 1 cup chopped kale
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger


  • Blend together, add more water if necessary
