A healthy pick-me-up snack when you're running errands, late for a meeting or if you're an Aptoella Angel, getting geared up for a game! These Apple Almond Energy Bites are so good and good for you, we nicknamed them #EarnYourEnvy bites.


  • 2 cups gluten free rolled oats
  • 1 sliced apple 
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 2 T hemp hearts
  • 2 T chia seeds
  • 2 tsp cinnamon 
  • 2 T maple syrup


  • Mix all ingredients together in a food processor. 
  • Roll into balls using a spoon or your hands
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before eating
