A healthy pick-me-up snack when you're running errands, late for a meeting or if you're an Aptoella Angel, getting geared up for a game! These Apple Almond Energy Bites are so good and good for you, we nicknamed them #EarnYourEnvy bites.
- 2 cups gluten free rolled oats
- 1 sliced apple
- 1 cup almond butter
- 2 T hemp hearts
- 2 T chia seeds
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 T maple syrup
- Mix all ingredients together in a food processor.
- Roll into balls using a spoon or your hands
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before eating
