ENVY BREAKFAST QUINOA MEDLEY

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 Envy apple
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp liquid honey or agave

Directions

Prepare the quinoa as the package directs, to end up with 1 cup cooked.

While the quinoa cooks, chop apple into bite-sized pieces. Warm the milk in a pan or in the microwave. Place the cooked quinoa in a serving bowl, add the milk, sprinkle with cinnamon and pecans, and spoon on the honey.
