  • 2 cups cooked chicken, turkey or ham; chopped or shredded
  • 1/2 Envy apple, cored and chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp green onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
  • 4 medium tortilla wraps
  • 4 large lettuce leaves

Directions

Mix all ingredients except tortillas and lettuce, until well blended. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Divide the filling in 4 and spoon into the middle of each tortilla. Place a lettuce leaf on top, fold bottom of tortilla up and over, fold sides in and roll.
